FAQs: What's Your Success Rate for Immigration Applications?

FAQs: What's Your Success Rate for Immigration Applications?

At Ackah Law, we are committed to smoothing our client's way to new opportunities. One of the questions we are frequently asked by potential clients is:

What is your success rate for immigration applications such as mine?

Ackah Law only accepts immigration cases that we feel are likely to succeed. To provide you the best information and services based on your needs, we offer a complimentary assessment of your case with our client engagement coordinator or if you prefer, a one-hour paid legal consultation with an immigration professional. If we cannot help you, we will tell you that our services are not what you need, and if possible, we will make a recommendation for an alternate course of action for your specific needs. We don’t waste your time and money on an immigration application we don't believe will succeed.

Short on time? Fast forward to 5:09!

The fact that we have played a part in smoothing our clients' immigration experience and helping them to come to Canada and create the lives that they want is the most fulfilling part of my job. One of the best parts of being a business immigration lawyer is knowing that I am making a difference in the lives of my clients. Often they are leaving situations that are difficult or stressful, and are excited about a new opportunity in a new country.

It's not always easy but when you're successful - and we are very successful: a large percentage of our immigration cases are approved - it makes all the hard work and the late nights and the phone calls in the middle of the night worthwhile.

Forbes Bros. Ltd. chose Ackah law as our immigration specialist for several reasons:

1. Competence: As immigration, permanent residency and the temporary Foreign worker program are necessary to our business we are not in a position to use a less than fully qualified service provider on these files.

2. Responsiveness: When you are dealing with the lives of people, there is nothing more important to that individual at that moment than his or her immigration issues, responsiveness to this, and an appreciation of the employee’s position is key.

3. Attitude: The thing I like best about Ackah law is the attitude and can-do spirit of the staff. Evelyn and her team show us what a small group of dedicated individuals can do. IT is the first time in a long time that I didn’t feel like a billable hour in a lawyers office.
