Young Professionals Work Permit
Educated foreign young adults can get Canadian work experience through IEC Young Professionals, a Work Permit program for young adults with a post-secondary degree. IEC (International Experience Canada) Young Professional participants receive an employer-specific Work Permit to gain targeted, professional work experience that is within their field of study or career path.

International Experience Canada IEC is an international agreement with Canada and 33 other countries for young adults aged 18 to 30 or 35 (depending on the country) to work and travel abroad.
