Oana Casetta


Oana's passion for helping people brought her to the field of immigration law. She thrives in positions that allow her to be of assistance and to build relationships with her clients.

Her past immigration exposed her to many different areas of immigration law. While working with the Canadian Council for Refugees, Oana gained valuable experience. She served on the executive board for a two-year term. Through her involvement with the Canadian Council for Refugees, she had the opportunity to collaborate with IRCC and UNHCR among other local and national NGOs working in the field.

Oana is the recipient of a Bachelor degree with a concentration in law from Carleton University, along with a paralegal diploma from Algonquin Academy and a certificate in Immigration Studies from the University of British Columbia. She is fluent in English and Romanian.

Oana is a licensed paralegal with the Law Society of Upper Canada.
