I wanted to share this extra step with you because it seems that our emails through our email service provider are not hitting the correct inbox. This is due to reasons outside of our control; however, it is helpful that you get emails from us to make sure you are up to date on immigration updates.
Here's what we would like you to do to make sure you get your emails from Ackah Law, please follow the steps below related to your email provider. By adding us to your contacts or safe sender list, you'll ensure you never miss an important update or exciting offer from us. 🌟
For Gmail:
- Go to Gmail.com and log into your account.
- Click the gear icon at the top right corner.
- Click ‘See all settings.’
- Click on the ‘Filters and Blocked Addresses’ tab at the top.
- In the ‘Safe Senders’ section, click ‘Create a new filter.’
- Type in "contact@ackahlaw.com" to add to your safe senders list.
- Click ‘Create Filter.’
For Outlook:
- Click Actions from the toolbar at the top of the screen.
- Click Junk E-mail > Junk E-mail Options...
- Click the Safe Sender tab.
- Click Add.
- Type in "contact@ackahlaw.com" to add to your safe sender list.
- Click OK.
For Yahoo Mail:
- Open your Yahoo mailbox.
- Click the address book icon under the Yahoo! Mail logo. When you roll your mouse over it, it will say Contacts.
- Click "New Contact".
- Fill in the fields of your Contact.
- Click Save and mail from this sender should now be delivered to your Inbox.
For Apple Mail:
- Open an email from us (contact@ackahlaw.com) that you want to whitelist.
- Click on the sender's email address at the top of the email.
- A dropdown menu will appear.
- Click on "Add to Contacts" or "Add to VIPs" to whitelist the sender.
