Commonly dubbed NAFTA 2.0, Canada's new trade agreement with the United States and Mexico, the United States-Mexico-Canada Agreement, USMCA, was signed literally hours before the deadline on September 30, 2018. Expected to be ratified by each country by late November, initially little was know about the agreement.
